Villa with pool (5 x10 m) in a quiet countryside area, with large garden and beautiful views over the hills, close to a small village, 7.7 km from Ericeira and 8 km to the beach. 
Large livingroom with fireplace and TV, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), 1 twin bedroom, second bathroom. The last part of the road is a track passing a large builders' yard; however this cannot be seen or heard from the villa.
