Vacation Rental Description
Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa located in a portered private estate with 24 hour security, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (adults and children) and communal gardens. You will be delighted with the fabulous sea views from the roof terrace! The town centre is a 15 mins walk away. 10 mins walk away from local restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and the beach of S. Sebastiao. 30 miles from the capital city of Lisbon. Free parking. Electricity, gas and water included in the price. Families welcome.

On the departure, you shall leave the gardens and the interior of the villa clean and tidy, as they were on your arrival. If the villa is not in the same condition as it was on the day of check-in, you may lose part of the security deposit.
The private estate has communal gardens, 2 shared swimming pools (only during the summer months and available for a small fee, 5 mins walk from the villa), tennis courts and a Pub. The villa has two gardens and patios with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Short distance drive to the world famous golf courses of Praia del Rey, Torres Vedras, Estoril and Cascais.
Surf schools and board rental in town.
Tennis Club with tennis lessons (all day) in the estate (3 mins walk from the villa).
Lovely Pub in the estate (3 mins walk from the villa).
Arena Shopping, located on the northern outskirts of the city of Torres Vedras, is the largest shopping centre in the Western region of Portugal.
Beach of S. Sebastiao is a 10 mins walk away, beaches of Sul, Pescadores and the famous surfers beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas are a 15 mins walk away.

Nearest airport: Lisbon - 30 miles (British Airways, TAP, bmibaby and Easyjet destination) - around 30 mins drive on motorway.
Car rental recommended but not essential.
Buses take 70 mins from Lisbon (Campo Grande tube station) to Ericeira Coach Station.

Also, you can discover the beautiful landscape on a mountain bike or by just walking around. This is why Ericeira has recently been voted the town with the best quality of life in Portugal.
