The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and features two beautiful bedrooms, one with walk-in wardrobe and modern bathroom with hydro-massage shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board. The lounge area has flat screen TV with UK satellite DVD/CD player. Internet access is provided free of charge. If you tire of the golden beaches nearby or the delicious food in the local restaurants, then take advantage of the apartment’s large private terrace area furnished with sun loungers, BBQ and beautiful granite/marble dining area.

Coast/Beach
There are many public beaches including naturist in Ericeira, some providing sunbed hire, public facilities (shower, WC) life guards, beach side restaurants/cafes. Ideal for water sports (surfing, body boarding and skimming being the main ones). The apartment is just 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. (If you are interested in surfing lessons by a qualified instructor or hiring surfing equipment, this can be arranged by us at your request.)
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses with-in the Lisbon
Coast area and Ericiera is a great base to visit these facilities. The golf courses near by include Oitavos Golfe home to the Portuguese Open, located in Sintra-Cascais Nature Park, the Quinta da Marinha about 25 km outside of Lisbon. There are also two par 9 courses in Lisbon City.
Special interest holidays
There is an unofficial naturist beach 15 minuets drive from the apartment.
