This luxury apartment can be found 40km North of Lisbon on the spectacular Lisbon Coastline. Ericeira is an old fishing village, traditional and unspoiled with narrow cobblestone streets and excellent cuisine. The Apartment has a spacious open plan living /dining area with double patio doors onto a balcony with a wonderful sea view. There is a large kitchen with all modern conveniences. Washing machine dishwasher microwave etc. There is also TV with cable and a DVD player and internet access. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and second bedroom with bathroom next door. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and Air conditioning. There is also a log burner for the cooler months. Only minutes from the bus station but for those with a car there is a secure underground parking area. Ericeira Beaches are known world wide for surfing. Ericeira Atrium is a new complex of Apartments. It has an open plan living/dinning area and a large fitted modern kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. All rooms have air conditioning, there is a TV with over 50 cable channels. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with wc and sink unit. The apartment sleeps four people but can easily accommodate six as the second bedroom has two single beds with pullout beds underneath.There is a family bathroom with wc, bide, mixer tap with shower and a good sized bath .The apartment also has a log burner and underground security parking.The property will be clean for your arrival with fresh bedlinen and towels provided at the beginning of your stay. If you wish an extra clean or more bedlinen or towels you must pay for this separately with property manager on arrival.

Windsurfing, skim-boarding, body-boarding, sailing, fishing diving, jet skiing, water skiing and of course sunbathing and swimming are all popular pastimes in Ericeira.
Ericeira with its narrow cobble stoned streets and many hills is not really suitable for people with mobility problems. However our apartment has an elevator private parking and there is one long flat promenade area that is suitable.
Lisbon is a large metropolitan City 40km from Ericeira a world heritage site full of contrasts and surprises Lisbon is the place to discover the cultural and artistic diversity of Portugal life.

Sintra is the historical centre of this region and has become a select tourist destination only 20km from Ericeira. Cascais and Estoril 55km south of Ericeira.

The main attraction here is golf. Obidos is a very enchanting hill town with many small local shops and restaurants 60km.
