The living room has seating for six, a fireplace, dining area, and opens on to the terrace with panoramic views to Cascais and Sintra. The breathtaking views are what make this apartment so special. Many relaxing moments can be spent gazing at the horizon whilst enjoying a refreshing drink. 
 
Both bedrooms are spacious and have fitted cupboards with ample storage space. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area.  
 
Guests have privileged access to the beautiful Visconde Health Club 400m away. The club is green and lush, an oasis of peace. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool set in a landscaped flower garden, two indoor swimming pools, sauna, turkish bath, squash courts and gym fitness rooms and studios overlooking the garden. A range of treatments are available and beauty packages can also be booked in advance. Guests have access to the exclusive club with discounted entry fees starting at €7.50 for the outdoor pool. Within walking distance of the centre of Cascais and all its amenities, the apartment is situated in a quiet residential area.  
 
The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 5 minute stroll, or 2 minutes by car. There is plenty to visit such as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.  
 
Further, it has privileged access to the local health club and swimming pool.

Beaches 
 
You can sample a different beach every day even if you stayed a month! The local beaches within walking distance have quiet waters. Further afield, Guincho beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is six kilometres away. Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its own individual character. Several beaches less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.

There is good walking, with an abundance of wild flowers, birds and animals. Yet the motorway is only 4km away, making Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra accessible in under 30 minutes.

Sintra, a world heritage site with its castle, palaces and gardens set in lush vegetation and enjoying ravishing views is a lovely 15 minute car drive across the mountain.
Locally, there is a huge choice of the latest films in original language with over twenty screens in four local cinema complexes reachable within 10 minutes, as are two attractive shopping centres. The summer brings international festivals; classical music and ballet in Sintra, jazz in Estoril and fireworks in Cascais.
Less far in the other direction is the coastal resort of Cascais, where you will find superb beaches, restaurants, night-life and shopping, as well as a charming old town with rewarding site-seeing.

Lisbon is half an hour away, and with easy access to the motorway system a number of other world class cultural and historic sites make an enjoyable day trip. Lisbon boasts world heritage sites, and a rich cultural, culinary and night life.

The motorway network puts the Knights Templars’ castle and chapels at Tomar and Batalha within an easy day trip, as well as the ancient university town of Coimbra.
