the apartmennt also has a new hd tv, playstation, lots dvds , cds, lots of books to read, board games. , there is a local cafe bar 4 mins walk away, where you can mingle with the locals , and the drinks are cheap. lousa town is 5 mins rive away, with 4 big supermercados, lots of restaurants, bars , and a great outdoor market on a saturday. lousa is a tourist attraction has the scenery around is beathtaking, . set at the foot at the serra de lousa hills, there are lots of walking trails, and bike hire. two out door pools in lousa. near by are lots of fantastic river beaches. great in the summer, and near by is a forest zoo, and animal park. there are some great villages to explore on the hills made from local stone. well worth a visit. the coast is 4o mins drive away, with many popular seaside resorts. overall you will be amazed at how much central portugal as to offer.
