The house is located in front of the fishing port at 200m of natural salt-water pools and sand beach, at 5km you have a termal hot saltwater natural pool.
Mosteiros is a parish fishing located at 30km from Ponta Delgada town, in south-west cost of S.Miguel Island, with about 1200 population. Is surrounded by mountain and sea and connected by roads to the rest of the Island.
Is at 30km from aiport, 35km from golf course Batalha with 27 holes.
The lake of Sete Cidades one of the emblematic Lakes with two colours water,is far from Mosteiros 4 km.
Casas do Porto is a holiday home with just a stret betwen the house and the sea, with 2 floors with width balconys front and rear. Dwelling with 100m squard, implanted in 500m squard. Two bedrooms: one with couple bed, other 2 single beds, 2 complete bathrooms with windows, kitchen fully equipped, dining/living-room with sofa and armchairs, dining table for 4-6 people, door access to the front terrace, TV, linen and towels provided, garden furniture with tables, chairs, beach chairs, laundry an clean at the end of week on 2 weeks rent, laundry room, iron and ironing board, barbecue, private parking, 2 supermarkets at 50m, 3 restaurants 1 pizzerie, bus several times a day to the city and taxi.
