The apartment is located over "Praia dos Moinhos" (Mill`s Beach), has a terrace with a splendid view to the beach and surrounding areas, and has a direct and private access to the beach. It has a living/dinner/kitchen in the upper floor, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in the floor below. It is located near to some of the main turistic atractions of the island, such as 2 tea plantations, Lagoa do Fogo (Fire Lake), Lagoa de São Brás (St. Braz Lake), Golf Course of Achada das Furnas (18 holes - montain type field), geysers of Furnas and Ribeira Grande (caldeiras), hiking trails, etc. Thre is a restaurant with a terrace, over the beach, very nearby (200 meters), and others in the surroundings. The landscape is very beautiful, with lots of vegetation and magnificent atlantic views.

    • You can visit 2 tea plantations (guided tours) that exist nearby - Porto Formoso and Gorreana. 
     
    It`s highly recomendable to visit the Terra Nostra Park (romantic XIX century garden with a magnificent pool of natural hot vulcanic mostard color water)in Furnas (a village 10km away), and the geysers that exists there, as well as, the lakes of Furnas and Fogo (beautiful scenery).
