This house in town, but the area is very quiet; in the morning all you hear are birds singing. When you go on a night out it is not such a trek back home. The house itself is beautiful with a well laid lawn.
The bedrooms are very large with built in wardrobes. Every room has its own bathroom and toilet. The previous owner built this house for himself and his family and lived in it until he built a new one. Everything has been done to the highest standard possible.

Down in the city centre, there is the marina which has a bar, the harbour where it is possible to buy fish from any of the auction houses, restaurants, the famous Peter cafe sport and many other eateries and drinking spots. These are all between 1 and 1.5 kms away from the house.
It is a possible to walk to most places if you like walking or just for pleasure, especially in town around the harbour and the marina.
