A unique positioned cottage offering a breathtaking sea view of the splendid Algarve coast.
Sited in a unique location , with two beaches close at hand at 100 and 200 meters, you can walk to a series of tiny beaches separeted by outcrops of ochre rock in which the sea has worn tunnels that offer an unusual means of across.
The house has 2 bedrooms( one of which is ensuite), 2 bathrooms, lounge/ dining room and well designed kitchen fully equipped( dishwasher, washing machine, ect..), barbecue, not to mention the magnificent swimming pool with spectacular view.

Casa da Guarda - is located on the sea front between Praia da Rocha and the fishing village of Alvor. It use to be an observatory post for the Portuguese Coast Guard. The Ocean views are breathtaking. Surrounding the property there is a Atlantic pinewooded area. You will also find a private swiming pool carved into the cliff giving the idea your are swimming in the ocean.

Low Season Price : €800 High Season Price : €1950 per Week
Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned twice per week. Towels and linen changed once per week Changeover day on Saturday. Depending on availability it might be flexible. To make the reservation we required 50 % deposit by bank draft. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
