To the front and rear are terraces which look out onto beautifully landscaped, immaculately tended gardens and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house is fitted throughout with under-floor heating. All windows are double-glazed, fitted with mosquito screens and electric shutters. There is terrestrial and satellite TV. The property is situated in the unique new development of Quinta da Boa Nova located between the picturesque fishing villages of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. The complex has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool and bar. These facilities are set in beautifully laid out irrigated gardens. Pool side bar and restaurant, recently completed.

Fully fitted kitchen with double sink, ceramic hob, eye-level cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full range of utensils, cook/dining-ware and cutlery. Breakfast bar and matching bar stools. Spacious work surfaces and fitted cupboards.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment.

Outside
The townhouse has 2 ground floor terraces. The front terrace is equipped with large patio table, 4 matching chairs and cushions and 2 sun loungers. Beautifully landscaped, irrigated gardens surround the entire property and extend throughout the Boa Nova complex. A weekly maid service, including linen and towel change, is inclusive. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. You will need to provide your own pool and beach towels.

Ferragudo, Lagoa, Carvoeiro are only a short drive away from Boa Nova (10 mins maximum) where you will find a bank, chemist, supermarket and post office. Portimao is the second largest town in the Algarve and therefore has a large shopping area, a wealth of restaurants, bars and night clubs. Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Slash complexes are a short distance as is the opportunity to go on Dolphin Safaris. For those who enjoy local heritage, the region is steeped in history and architecture. The many museums and churches can be visited for free or for a nominal fee
