One mile from the family beach of Salema in the pretty village of Fiqueira with its cobbled streets and within easy reach of beaches and the golf/leisure resort of Parque da Floresta this well designed villa is part of a small exclusive development with landscaped gardens surrounding a large heated pool with smaller pool for children. Three double bedrooms all have french door access to the gardens whilst the spacious sitting/dining area has access to sun terrace, a table for outdoor eating and spectacular view South West.This overlooks the garden with sun loungers and bbq area.
The well equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, cooker,washing machine/dryer,a frig/freezer. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.Satellite and local tv, music centre with CDs, a good selection of books and a wood burning stove are in the sitting area.
Village shops,supermarket,restaurants,tennis, bowls,archery,water sports,surf schools,fishing and the lovely sandy beaches of the west coast are all within easy reach.
Cape St Vincent the unspoilt most westerly point of Europe is 15k to the west and Lagos with its Marina,many shops a restaurants is 15k to the east.
All linen including beach towels are provided along with sun ubrellas and mattresses for loungers. There is a towel change and house clean mid week and a full linen change and clean at the weekend. Heaters are available for all rooms in winter. Management help is available at all times and cot, high chair a babysitting is available on request.

Casa Monica is a well appointed house which sleeps 6 comfortably. It is ideal for a family holiday. It faces south west, enjoying all day sun and has a well maintained landscaped front and back garden. It has a friendly but spacious feel with day area on the first floor to take advantage of the views across a "conservation area of outstanding natural beauty" as far as Cape St Vincent in the west whose lighthouse can be seen in the distance at night. Within easy reach are the Figueira beaches, the family beach of Salema with its several good restaurants and beach bars and the lovely unspoilt sandy west coast beaches. There is a 30% discount on green fees for all Casa Monica guests at the nearby Parque da Floresta golf resort. Within three minutes walk are three good vilage restaurants and several food shops. The nearest supermarket is three minutes by car.
