A very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse with a shared pool on the edge of Figueira village. Set in a rural quiet unspoilt countryside of the Western Algarve close to the Parque Floresta Golf Course and close to many secluded unspoilt beaches. The house is split level, living up, sleeping down. Very spacious recently decorated and newly furnished to a very high standard. There 2 bathrooms one ensuite. The living area you will find satellite TV, video and CD. A log burner for those chilli winter nights. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and iron. The house is on a small development of 26 properties with a good sized shared swimming pool with attractive well maintained gardens. The development was built in 1993 on the small rural village of Figueria and enjoys beautiful views the pool, gardens and the surrounding countryside. The property offers 30% reduction on green fees at the Parque Floresta Golf Resort.
