Within the resort are 2 tennins courts and a recently completed swimming pool area all freely avaiable to the residences. A pool side bar and restaurant are shortly to be completed
and should be ready for the 2009 season.
Welcome packs are available on request and at an additional cost.
A weekly maid service including linen and towel change is inclusive. Extra cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. You will need to provide own pool and beach towels

The resort is managed by full time staff 7 days a week. High chair and cot with linen available in the house. Caneiros beach is approx 1km away. It is a fair sized beach, flanked by cliffs giving some shelter in the afternoons.Easy access. Reis das Praias restaurant is actually on the beach providing an excellent mouthwatering selection of locally caught seafood. Other beaches close by are:Pintadinho 2km, Ferragudo, Praia Grande and Paraiso 3km and Caveoiro 4km. Ferragudo, Caveoiro, Lagoa are approx. 10mins drive where you will find banks, supermarkets, chemists, post offices, shops and more restaurants. Portimao is the 2nd largest town in the Algarve therefore has a large shopping area, a wealth of restaurants and night clubs. The region is steeped in history and interesting architecture. Most museums and churches have free entry. Local vineyards offer tours and tastings and you have the chance to buy their award winning wines.

With guaranteed excellent weather all year this is a fantastic destination for winter breaks as well as for a family summer holiday. Almost every outdoor activity is available in the region. Golf is a major activity and within 15mins of Boa Nova there are 2 championship golf courses and a top nine hole course - Vale do Milho. Gramacho and Vale da PInta have each unique design concepts in which each hole provides a different challenge to golfers at every level. Preparation and conditioning of the courses are at tournament standard all year round. A little further away are several other equally challenging championship standard courses. For the children and young at heart, Zoomarine, Slide and Splash, Aqualand attractions are a short distance as are the opportunities to go on dolphin, sea and jeep safaris, explore caves and the coastline on an authentic pirate ship. Lagos's world renown zoo is approx. 23km from the resort.
