Close to all local amenities such as supermarkets (Leclerq and Carrefour), local shops, golf courses (Penina, Alto Club, Moragdo and many others within 20 min. drive) and several beaches (Praia da Rocha and Alvor Praia). Payment is accepted in the quoted currency. Notes to the rental rates: When a booking is accepted an initial payment of 30% is requested as a down-payment and subsequently booking confirmation. Remaining 70% to be paid 1 month before your holiday begins. If after 14 days no payment has been received the owner can exercise his right to accept another booking. When a rental booking is cancelled the owner servers the right to ask for compensation. If cancelled within 30 days of rental period 30% of rental price will be charged. If cancelled within 14 days of rental period it will be 50%, when cancelled at a later stage we withhold 100% of the rental amount. A refundabel € 150 is charged as breakage and damages deposit. Prices based on 6 people sharing. E.O. Euro 100.00 for each person per week extra. No heating: Extra Euro 120.00 per week for use of under floor heating. High Chair and Baby Cot available at NO extra costs. Surcharge for cleaning the BBQ will be charged if this is not done.
