Villa Sanssouci is a luxury holiday villa with fantastic view at the lagoon of Alvor and the sea. The villa lies on a 1.213 m² plot and has 150 m² of habitation area. In the village of Odiáxere, about 2.5 km away, you will find a little supermarket and restaurants. At a distance of 5 km you will find the town of Lagos, with its many attractions for leisure and pleasure. 
The villa consist of: lounge with fireplace open to the dining area and a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 baths en-suite. Directly attached to the main house is an apartment. It has its own entrance and a small terrace from where you can get to the pool and garden. It has a bedroom with double bed and TV, a kitchenette and a bath. Furniture and equipment are tastefully and of high standard.  
The villa has air condition that chills in the summer and heats in the winter. In the house you will find a spiral staircase to a small roof terrace. From the main terrace leads a staircase to a 14 x 4,5 m pool. Left from the house, there is a wind protected and covered BBQ house with chairs and a table.

Furniture and equipment are tastefully and of high standard. Kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Sat-TV and Stereo unit with CD Player, so that the guests can enjoy their holidays in comfort. The villa has air condition that chills in the summer and heats in the winter. In the house you will find a spiral staircase to a small roof terrace. Pool size 14 x 4,5 m. BBQ house with chairs and a table.

There will be a refundable deposit of 350 £. If you wish we can make arrangements for a rental car, for reasonable rates. The car will be waiting for you at the airport.
