The newly-built house of 174 m² offers cosiness and comfort; furniture and equipment are of high standard. The property of 14.000 m² includes a spacious pool area, pool size 8 x 4 m, and a well-tended garden.

Price per week until 7 persons: 1.330 Euro. There is a refundable security deposit of 400 Euro or 350 Pounds due on arrival.
Booking Charge: 60 Euro

Terms of payment:

A down payment of 25% has to be paid within one week after receiving the booking confirmation.
The balance will become due 6 weeks before the start of the journey.
