Wheelchair access - external ramps provide access to the villa and pool/patio area. All rooms are accessible from the spacious hallway on level flooring.We can also arrange wheelchair hire and specialised transport for airport runs or day trips and a qualified carer for disability assistance during your stay.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £450
High Season Price : £1100 per Week


20 % deposit payable upon booking. Balance 80% payable 8 weeks prior to the rental period. If there is less than 8 weeks between booking and commencement of the rental period then immediate payment of 100% due.
Payment in British Pounds Sterling by cheque - any other currency or payment method subject to prior agreement.
A security deposit of £250 is payable prior to the rental period to cover against any breakages or damage. If there is no damage upon inspection after vacating the villa then this deposit will be returned in full.
