Bathrooms: Downstairs bathroom is disabled friendly with large, easy access shower; bath/shower; bidet; WC and vanity basin. Upstairs bathrooms are en-suite.  
Kitchen: Gas hob; electric fan oven; fridge/freezer; smoothie maker; coffee maker; all pots, pans and utensils. 
Utility room; Washing machine; iron and ironing board. 
Living rooms: Downstairs living room includes log burning stove; satellite TV; DVD; CD player; books and games.

    A 25% booking deposit is required and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A separate £300 security deposit cheque is required and is fully refundable at the end of your holiday, subject to no damage/breakages. Payment can be made by bank transfer if you prefer to pay in Euros.
