This newly built house of 250 sq. m. is situated 5 minutes outside the town of Lagos, in the residential area Torre, near Odeáxere. The townhouse is furnished in a modern style and with light and friendly colours. The house has got its own party room with a stereo unit, a bar and a billiard table. In the close village Odeáxere you can find several small supermarkets, shops, a nice bakery store and a market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmers as well as fish and meat. There are also some nice restaurants and bars to choose from. The beautiful beaches of Lagos, like the popular Meia Praia beach, are only a 10 minutes drive away. The lively centre of Lagos invites for a substantial shopping tour. From the villa you have got a good access to all directions. The various destinations and sights of the area can be reached fast. The Pool size is 5 x 3 m. 
The inside of the Villa is a non smoking area.

The villa consists of: ground floor: living room and dining area with access to a little terrace, very well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, big fridge, freezer and dish washer, small terrace with pool, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Top floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) with bath and shower, balcony from the master bedroom. Basement: party room, 1 small bathroom with shower and toilet, Laundry room with washing machine, garage. Sky t.v. air-condition are available. Cleaning service after one week with change of towels and linen. Beach and pool towels are not available.

Please ask for the pricelist for 2 - 4 people. Extra beds for a 7th + 8th person are available, we charge 50 euros per person per week. There will be a refundable breakage deposit of 400 euros or £ 300 in cash due on arrival. Service fee: 60 euros Terms of payment: 25% deposit upon arrival of the booking confirmation/invoice, the remaining sum is due 6 weeks before the beginning of your stay. Conditions of cancellation: before the 56th day of the rental period 25% of the rent between the 56th day and 42nd day of the rental period 50% of the rent between the 42nd and 28th day before the rental period 75% of the rent between the 27th day and the beginning of the renting period 100% of the rent
