Probably the best sea-views in the Algarve. It is certainly the most photographed, and if the sound of breaking waves disturbs you, then this sea-front apartment is not for you. The newly refurbished two-bedroomed, first floor apartment has unsurpassed sea views, both from the lounge and from the en-suite master bedroom with large opening windows allowing an abundance of light and air into the apartment. The soft furnishings and general décor create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. HOLIDAY RENTALS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

To secure the booking the owner must receive your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount within 7 days. Upon receipt of the completed booking form and deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation, receipt and statement of account. 10 weeks prior to departure we will send you a final balance of payment account. If you fail to pay the final balance within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and you will be subject to cancellation charges. If you book within 10 weeks of departure the full price must be paid at the time of booking. Payment methods are by cheque or direct bank transfer in Sterling.

2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

It is our intention to maintain the apartment to the highest standards and as such we will require a damage deposit of £200.00 payable with the final balance payment.
