    HOLIDAY RENTALS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT To secure the booking the owner must receive your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount within 7 days. Upon receipt of the completed booking form and deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation, receipt and statement of account. 10 weeks prior to departure we will send you a final balance of payment account. If you fail to pay the final balance within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and you will be subject to cancellation charges. If you book within 10 weeks of departure the full price must be paid at the time of booking. Payment methods are by cheque or direct bank transfer in Sterling. 2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT It is our intention to maintain the apartment to the highest standards and as such we will require a damage deposit of £200.00 payable with the final balance payment.
