A newly refurbished house (2007). Close to the beach and restaurants. A roof terace with great views includes a built in BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers. The house is over three floors, the living area which includes a fully fitted kitchen, is on the first floor. There is a lounge area with three piece suite, coffee table and TV/DVD. From here there is a balcony with patio furniture, great for breakfast as it catches the first of the morning sun. The dining area with table and chairs for four is next to the kitchen, from here there is access via patio door to the roof terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. There is a double de in the main room with an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds,the second larger shower room separates the bedrooms. These rooms cannot be accessed from the outside as there is a large wall surrounding the property. This makes it a very safe house for children. It is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. The pools are in the Ocean Club complex about three minutes walk away. There is a compusory charge for use of these as we use their management program. This also incudes 24hr maintenace call out, key collection and maid service. This is 3 times per week and includes linen and towels (not beach towels). A wonderful house and location for a family holiday.
