This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the St James' complex in Praia da Luz. The apartment is situated on the middle of three floors, with balcony views of the Atlantic Ocean, the complex gardens and swimming pools.
Luz Beach is less than 10 mins stroll and has a Blue Flag rating. It is ideal for families with its gently shelving sandy beach, watersports and beach cafes and bars.
The apartment is equipped with tasteful high quality comfortable modern furniture and is air conditioned throughout. Great care has been taken to ensure that guests have a thoroughly good holiday.
The Western algarve is a stunning area with fabulous beaches, stunning coastline, and littered with pretty villages and towns such as nearby Lagos (5kms).
Golfers flock to the Algarve. Within twenty minutes drive there are three superb golf courses, the nearest Boa Vista at 5 minutes.
Praia da Luz has several good restaurants that can cater for a very wide taste of diets and requirements.

Large sitting room and dining room with table to seat 6-8. TV with Freeview for British channels, plus DVD, I-base and Playstation 2. Other games include Scrabble, Monopoly, cards and more. Balcony with sea views and seating and table for outside dining for 6. Combination safe for your valuables. Childrens safety play area below balcony, and view of the two large shared pools (one adult, one children's) from the apartment. Ten munutes easy stroll to Blue Flag beach, and less than five minutes walk to several good restaurants. Ample parking to rear of the apartment block. Bathroom towels changed twice weekly, and bed linen weekly, plus cleaning services.

Up to 2 additional guests can be accommodated for an additional 20% of the listed price. Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred in July, August and September. Discounts available for longer bookings. All bookings must be accompanied by completed booking form, and signed Terms and Conditions. Both can be printed from owners website www.offupop.co.uk.
