3 bedroom very spacious and light open plan villa with sea and country side views. Situated in a peaceful location, only 10 minutes stroll to Meia Praia beach and the Marina.
Villa Marian is a lovely family villa, modern, light and spacious. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday in a peaceful location, yet very close to all amenities. The villa has English Satellite TV, furnished roof terrace with stunning sea views, built in BBQ and sunny outdoor dining terrace. Meia Praia beach is a stunning 5km stretch of golden sand, which can be accessed from the villa by many different paths, either short direct routes or longer if you enjoy taking a countryside stroll down. The beach itself is very beautiful, can never be crowded and has some lovely beach bars,cafes and restaurants. Watersport activities are available too. The Marina de Lagos is a short 10 minute stroll away from the Villa, where you can relax in one of its many waterfront cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic centre of Lagos with it’s cobbled streets, individual shops and restaurants can be reached by foot in a further ten minutes via the Marina footbridge. Car hire is not essential.

Barbecue/grill and outdoor dining area. Roof terrace with sea views (accessed from 1st floor balcony). Each bedroom has its own balcony with sea or countryside views.
Coast/Beach
You will find a number of beautiful beaches in Lagos. From the 6 mile stretch of golden sands of Meia Praia on the doorstep, it’s more than worthwhile to explore the beautiful caves along the coast. One of the most photographed beaches in the world is Praia Dona Ana, a beautiful cove formed in the surrounding cliffs, within walking distance of the town centre, accessed via a few steep steps. Should you wish, a little further by car, Praia da Luz is a short journey with its safe endorsed bay.
Golf
Within a short drive from the villa, you will find:
Palmares 4km - Opened in 1976, is just a few minutes by. The course combines links style golf with a slightly more hilly back 9. The first 5 holes follow the beach of Meia Praia. Holes 10-18 offer stunning views of the Monchique mountains.
Parque da Floresta 16km - crafted through valleys and over inland hills, in early spring the area is blanketed with beautiful white flowers.
Boavista 4km - set in a stunning position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the historic town of Lagos. The natural landscape aided Howard Swan to design this award winning course.
