Vacation Rental Description
A recently refurbished modern self contained 4th floor apartment with breath taking sea views. Just a 2 minute walk to local shops bars and restaurants, local beaches & marina are a 5 minute walk through the historic cobbled town streets. The Property comprises 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with fantastic seaviews. There's a large living room featuring a brand new fitted kitchen adjoining this is an extra large balcony with family dining table and chairs, BBQ for al-fresco living with charming views of the old town and castle walls. The Apartment block is very safe and friendly and contains a lift making it perfect for families and golfers.
This spacious town apartment has very recently been completely refurbised and re-decorated. The property consists of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a large master bedroom with double bed, large fitted wardrobes & chest of Drawers. The room has sliding patio doors leading on to a balcony with beautiful sea and town views. There are 2 patio chairs ideal for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the sea.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe & chest of drawers. This bedroom also enjoys the benefit of a an en-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. The apartment consists of a second large family bathrom with bath, shower, toilet, wash basing & bidet.
There is a large living room/Kitchen. This room has a new sofa & 2 chairs at one end making it very snug and comfortable. For enjoying family meals there is a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted, it benfits from a new cooker, cooker hood, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The bolier for the hot water has just been replaced.
Leading on from the kitchen is an extra large balcony perfect for barbeques dining al-fresco & sun bathing. It isn't overlooked and enjoys views across the historic town & old castle walls.
The apartment is in a perfect position as it is just 30 steps away from the nearest bar. All the shops and restaurants can be reached within a 3 minute stroll. With a 5 minute walk you reach the first of 3 local beautiful golden sandy beaches & amazing harbour. Lagos is a very picturesque town featuring narrow cobbled streets and squares lined with cafes, bars & restaurants. It is a very friedly and lively town where you are always made to feel vey welcome.
Lagos is a good base for visiting surrounding areas and places of interest such as museams and churches. Local attractions include waterparks. zoos, theme parks, mountains etc.
There are also several excellent golf course's a short car journey away.
Facilities
Modern well equipped apartment with living room with new fully fitted kitchen with cooker, Fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a sofa area with satellite TV showing freeview channels. There is also a dining table seating 4 people. Off the living roon there is an extra large balcony with a large table for alfreso dining. There are also a BBQ and sunbeds for relaxing and sunbathing. There is another balcony off the master bedroon with stunning seaviews.
Activities
There are some excellant boat trips around the coast and into the Grottos. Dolphin boat trips run daily, this is a trip I would strongly recommend.

When booking please send a 20% deposit. We will contact you 6 weeks before departure to collect the remaining balance. We ask for a deposit cheque of £200 with the final payment, this will not be cashed and when you arrive back this will be returned unless there is any damage to the apartment. Unfortunately we can only accept payment by Cheque. November to end of February -£150 per week March to end of May - £200 per week June - £250 per week July to end of September - £295 per week October - £200 per week The apartment is serviced by a maid once a week
