Our well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is located on the Boavista golf, tennis and spa resort on the western algarve in Portugal.

Less than an hours drive from Faro airport Boavista is ideally located between the historic maritime town of Lagos and the lovely seaside village of Praia Da Luz and the area is populated by some of the most beautiful and accessible beaches in Europe.

By renting our property, which is situated between the 1st green and the signature 17th hole on the course, you will experience staying in a recently built, high specification apartment with a private garden to the rear and a large sun terrace to the front overlooking the championship golf course.

Boavista Resort
Whether you are looking to enjoy an active holiday on the golf or tennis courts, relax in the spa or the heated outdoor pool a few minutes walk from the apartment or just relax in the sun the award winning Boavista Resort is an ideal destination. The resort also has a children's play area by the tennis courts.

Lagos
The apartment is just a 5 minute drive from the beach, Lagos town center and marina complex, excellent supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping.

Although Boavista is primarily known as one of the Algarves top golf resorts, and home of the Sir Henry Cooper Charity Classic, our location lends itself equally to non golfers and families alike.

Our beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was constructed by Jones Homes who are based in Cheshire and have an excellent reputation for quality at home and abroad. The apartment has a large lounge and open plan dinning area which opens up onto the sun terrace which overlooks the signature 17th hole at Boavista. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with Bosch oven, hob, built in microwave, waste disposal, washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer.The master bedroom has two twin beds, large built in wardrobes, an en-suite shower and toilet and also opens up through the patio doors to the sun terrace.The second bedroom also has two twin beds, large built in wardrobes and accesses the private rear garden through the patio doors. The large bathroom next door has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.

Situated between the 1st hole and the 17th fairway we are ideally located for golfing groups and golfing families. By renting direct from the owner guests will be afforded discount green fees and priority tee times over non residents. Tee off times can be reserved by us on your behalf before you travel. Guests will also receive a 10% discount on food and beverages purchased in the clubhouse. All in all a great golfing experience which can be relived on one of the many club house terraces which have marvelous views.The Algarve boasts some of the best beaches in Europe and there are over ten in the Lagos area. Most beaches are supervised by lifeguards and there are plenty of good, reasonably priced beach restaurants and bars so you don't need to wander far.

Location, location, location - it does not get much better than this!

Our apartment is located between the signature 17th fairway and the 1st green at the renouned Boavista golf course. To the front of the property there is a large sun terrace overlooking the golf course and to the rear there is a secluded landscaped garden. The lovely town of Lagos is a 5 minute drive from the apartment which has an abundance of good quality restuarants and bars.

Less than a 10 minute drive are some of the finest beaches in Europe for family fun or to learn how to surf.

Faro airport is less than an hour's drive to the property on modern two laned motorways.

The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 4 days in the low season and for a maximum of 30 days. Most families stay on average 7 days but during the summer season 10 to 14 days is now popular with returning guests. Rates are seasonal and are subject to availability; Rates are negotiable for stays over 14 nights whatever the season. We set our rates at a 25% discount to the Resort Owners published rates. "We had a fantastic family holiday at your apartment in May . The location , facilities and the standard of accommodation were excellent. The outdoor pool ,golf course, clubhouse and spa were first class and indeed we ate at the clubhouse several times. For the golfer your apartment is perfect with good views of the course on both front and rear elevations. For others there is plenty to do with restaurants, shops and the town nearby. I would have no hesitation in recommending you apartment"

We had a wonderful holiday staying at your apartment. The accommodation was of the highest standard and very well appointed. Only five minutes by car from the town centre of Lagos and within easy reach of Praia da Luz and the other local attractions (for example, the Zoo, Zoomarine and the water park). The beaches are easy to reach and there are plenty of local restaurants to accommodate every taste. The property owner was very helpful in making sure that everything was just right for us. I have no hesitation in recommending this delightful apartment.

We had a fantastic time at Boavista,the accomodation was first class! We had a problem with the boiler on the first night which was sorted out in no time by Dave and Jane the local agents for the property. I must say that both Dave and Jane were absolutely brilliant in the way they helped us during our stay. The property owner could not of been better before and after our holiday. We loved the golf course. The whole family enjoyed the beaches and restaurants as well as the facilities within the club house complex. Thanks again, Peter,Vanessa. & Danya,Mike. Peterborough

Our home is your home!

Thank for reading about our property. During winter we hibernate here from late October to early May therefore our apartment is not just a rental investment for us and we try and keep the fabric of the property and the contents to a high standard.

We decorate the apartment fully every 18 months and we have recently imported quality matresses from the UK to ensure that our guests do not go home with sore lower backs. A lot of rental properties are furnished to a low budget. We have installed the latest flat screen television and while the sofa's and chairs are good quality we will be replacing them later this year as part of our cyclical refurb program.

We are always keen for suggestions and constructive feedback and also suggested additions for our growing guest book in the apartment.
