It has it's own very large patio off the kitchen, living room and bedroom (with a wall approx 1m high), furnished with comfortable table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, swing seat, mobile BBQ and pot plants. All patio doors have double locks and electronic shutters.

Patio door with double locks and electric roller shutters leading onto west facing patio (sun from midday). Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. Living Rooms: Large 3 seater sofa, folds out as double bed. Armchair , plasma TV with Sky Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player, coffee tables, heater/air con unit, double-glazed patio doors double locks and electric shutters leading onto west facing patio. .

    A few minutes walk from the apartment Lagos has everything and offers holiday makers beautiful sandy beaches, old cobbled streets, picturesque squares decked with cafe/bars, restaurants, shops, a Marina,supermarkets and banks all nearby.  
    Within 20 mins drive from Lagos you can be in the beautiful green countryside,one of the many small villages, on one of the surfers paradise beaches or one of the many tranquil golden sandy beaches on the west coast, or in the Monchique Mountains with fantastic views,or shopping in Portamao & stopping for lunch on the harbour enjoying fresh sardines. 
    Golf:Boavista Golf Resort, 7 minutes drive. Parque de Floresta 20 minutes drive. Palmares 10 minutes drive. Pennina 15 minutes drive. 
    Local buses run to all the beaches & other resorts ie:Praia da Luz & Burgau.

    A non refundable deposit of 20% in Euros by bank transfer to be paid at time of booking to reserve the apartment. Remaining money, equivalent in euros, to be paid on arrival in cash. Plus 100 euros for damages which will be returned after final check on day of departure. Price includes provision of beach towels, towels and bedding which are changed on every 7th day or on 5th day of a 10 day stay. At which time the bathroom and floors are also cleaned.
