Fully equipped ground floor apartment, furnished to a high standard,with fans in the two bedrooms, the kitchen and the lounge. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, full electric oven and all crockery, glasses, etc.
It has cable T.V., with some English channels, and also other foreign channels. DVD players are in the lounge and the two bedrooms. Each room has double doors leading to the patio, which is again furnished with wooden tables and chairs and all sunbeds, gas bar-b-q, and outdoor plants around the patio. There is a safe gate leading to the pool.
The apartment has a very large patio, facing the shared pool.
Very close to centre of town...which can be reached down a pedestrian walkway in about 5 minutes.
The apartment has its own garage.

About 20 minutes drive to Portimao which is the Sardine centre of Europe.
Roughly 35 minutes drive to the West Coast, Cape St. Vincent, which is the most westerly point in Europe.
Monchique Mountains are about 35/40 minutes drive, where there are many restaurants serving, amongst other things, the Portuguese famous Chicken Piri-Piri.
Crazy Golf and an animal park are about 35 minutes drive, as is ZooMarine, which is a lovely day out for all the family.
Next to the apartment are the castle walls of the old town, which has now been made into a City Park.
