Villa Paraiso is a brand new privately owned 3 bed, 3 bath semi-detached villa on the prestigious award winning Alma Verde development 5km west of Lagos and 5 minutes away by car from the quaint fishing village of Burgau which has an excellent beach and several restaurants.

The villa has its own private heated pool, 3 terraces, extensive range of loungers and dining furniture for 8 people. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with under floor heating

The villa is fully furnished with a climacool system keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a sofa bed, guest bed and a cot so that 8 people plus a baby can be comfortably accomodated.

The nearest supermarket is 4km away near Salema, which has a beautiful sandy beach with bars and restaurants.

The town of Lagos is 8km offering several beaches, bars, restaurants, watersports, boat trips etc.
