Vacation Rental Description
O's Pinheiros is a spacious villa set in its own grounds and has lovely sea views especially from the roof terrace. 
The pool is a decent size and is south facing so the sun is on it all day. 
There are 2 very nice restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the villa and the fishing village of Benagil which is a 5 minute drive has several more restuarants to choose from. Carvoeiro is approx 15 minutes by car and is a lively resort with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. 
There are several Golf courses within 10/15 minutes of the villa and for the younger members of the family there are 2 water parks and 1 theme park all within a drive. The Algarve shopping centre is approx 15 minutes drive and here there is a large hypermarket and plenty of other shops. restaurants, bowling alley and cinemas. 
Faro airport is approx 45 minutes drive. 
You will find that Easy jet, Monarch, BMI Baby, Thompson Fly to name just a few all fly into Faro airport. You can also fly to Lisbon on Monarch and Easy jet and the price of the flights to Lisbon are quite a lot cheaper than Faro so it is always worthwhile ivestigating the prices.

    • The villa is gated and surrounded by trees and a wall to give privacy and security. It is in a lovely quiet location yet only 2 minutes drive or a pleasant stroll to the Praia da Marinha (beach). The pool measures 12x5 and has the option of heating if required at an extra cost. There is plenty of outside space to relax on the sun beds provided and to BBQ juicy steaks or the local catch. The villa is surrounded by a pretty garden. The accommodation comprises:- Large lounge/diner overlooking pool. The lounge has patio doors opening onto the pool terrace where there are tables and chairs for that morning coffee and breakfast. Fitted kitchen I Double bedroom with ensuite shower and 1 twin room and a seperate family bathroom.

    Low season £599 medium season £764 High season £950 Peak season £1030 Pool heating £100pw optional extra Air con only in the lounge and master bedroom £35pw optional extra A deposit of £100 pw secures the booking and the balance will be paid 10 weeks before arrival along with a security/breakage deposit (refundable of £200) This security deposit is held and not banked and will be returned a few days after departure. Payments to be made by cheque please. If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival then you will loose what has been paid unless we can re-book the villa without reducing the price and in this case you will have all your money refunded less expenses of re-advertising.
