Bedroom 2 with twin beds (can make double). Patio doors to pool terrace. 
Bedroom 3 with twin beds. 
 
Bathrooms: En-suite to Bed 1 with bath, walk-in shower, WC, bidet, twin basins. 
En-suite to Bed 2 with bath and fitted shower unit, WC, bidet, basin. 
En-suite to Bed 3 with walk-in shower, WC, bidet, basin. 
 
Kitchen: Marble work tops, gas cooker, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, dishwasher,many electric appliances. 
 
Utility Room: Washing machine,iron and ironing board. 
 
Living Rooms: Lounge with patio doors to pool terrace, cable TV, DVD player, music centre, sound around, CDs, 
DVDs, piano. Air con (see notes). 
Dining Room with 8-seater round table, door to pool terrace and outdoor dining area with roller  
awning for extra shade. 
 
Other: Hall/Staircase. Entrance hall, stairs with bookcases on half landing, double sofa bed (or 2 singles) 
on top landing, door to roof terrace and sea views. 
 
Cleaning/ Twice weekly maid service. Bed linen changed once and towels twice a week. Beach towels are provided.

Outside: Private mature gardens enclose large patio area with small paddling pool which cascades into main  
10m x 5m pool. Covered poolside bar with fridge, dart board and darts, and pool table. Built-in  
BBQ, shower, sun loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols. 
 
Notes: All bedrooms have electric fans and electrically operated window shutters. 
Optional extras include air conditioning, pool heating, extra maid service.
