The holiday home offers fantastic view across the Atlantivc ocean to Lagos. The rock cliffs are 150m, the beach of Praia Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro are 1200m - 1600m, the beach of Caneiros 3500m. Some more beaches can be found within 5-15 minutes drive The villa is located in a quiet residential area of villas only.. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Algarve ,with the whole family . The next supermarket is 800m, the centere of Carvoeiros as well. In the village you will find over 100 bars, shops and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is 700m .

The villa was built completely new in 2009. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living - dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, garage, 2 balconies with sea view, pool terrace, pool (10 x 5m). The holiday home is equipped with, SAT-TV, radio, CD player available. The villa is also suitable for long term let in the winter period,as it is equipped with with central heating (the latest solar technology) and a fire place.
The villa is a mix of modern architecture and furnishings in original Portuguese style.. Therefore you benefit from all the finishings of modern construction, but also from a special Portuguese flair.
