A deposit of £200 or 200 euro is required with your booking form and this has to be received within 14 days of confirming your booking.

The final balance of your holiday is due within 8 weeks of your departure.

A deposit is not required for up to 8 persons. Rosa the house maid will inform you of any damages that you would have to rectify prior to your vacation from the villa. For a party of 9 or more a deposit of £400 is required and refundable to you within 5 days of your departure date on the basis that no damage has been caused.
