On ground level you have large Lounge with french doors to the front and side of the villa which leads to the landscaped gardens, barbecue area and pool area.Large Dining Kitchen, Dining Room, twin Bedroom with wardrobe, large double Bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes and ensuite jacuzzi Bathroom, Multi function power Shower Room, Utility Room with washing machine, Upper level - Hallway with french doors leading to roof terrace, Master Bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes and french doors leading to the roof terrace, family Bathroom with jacuzzi Bathroom, twin Bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes, large roof terrace. The property has electric window shutters, electric gate, alarm, satellite tv, hi fi and ipod docking station. External barbecue area. The gardens to the property are to the front, rear and side. The pool area is very much secluded. The property also benefit from a carport, which has dual role of extra shading in summer whilst still overlooking pool and activity area.

    • The house maid provides the villa with a cleaning service and visits twice weekly. The property is equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryers, coffee maker, gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher along with most other mod cons including cd stereo and ipod docking station.

    A holding deposit of £350 or 400 euro is required with your booking form and this has to be received within 7 days of confirming your booking. The final balance of your holiday is payable on or prior to 8 weeks of your departure. A fully refundable breakage / damage deposit of £350 or 400 euros is required 1 month before date of vacation. This is fully refundable on inspection of property by house keeping. This has been neccesary due to previous unreported damages being caused. Airconditioning is available at the additional cost of £150 or 200 euros per week. Payable in advance of vacation.     "I would like to share my experience at this Villa. I arrived at FARO airport and the transfer driver was awaiting me as agreed, a great start. A comfortable transfer that took around about 50mins and we arrived. The driver who happened to be the villa manager explained all about keys and alarm and basically everthing i needed to know for my stay.
    Once inside the cool of the sitting room, you are well impressed by the standard of the villa. It is in almost pristine condition and feels homely.Starting upstairs the bedrooms were well fitted and the main bedroom led out onto a huge roof terrace which has terrific views of surrounding area. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and again to a high standard.
    Downstairs theres the utility / laundry, a fully fitted kitchen with large table as well as a formal dining room. The owners have certainly thought of most things when fitting this house as it has everything to suit the self caterer. Entertainment is provided by a large LCD TV which was upgraded during my stay to include EURO SAT (FOC) a CD Hifi and the most important for me the IPOD Docking station!!. Ample sun loungers and a purpose built Barbecue all made the outdoor living more appealing.
    Bedrooms downstairs were well fitted with another ensuite jacussi bathroom hiding away to surprise you. The power shower in the separate shower room was ideal for stimulating the tired body and soul after a stress free day swimming in the pool, which is secluded and not overlooked. A large carport provided welcome shade from the sunshine, and also doubled up for a great entertaining space for dining and dancing into the small hours.well kept gardens and grounds all added to the homely feel
    Theres a well stocked mini market a couple of minutes walk away and the main resort is a leisurely ten minute stroll away, where there were numerous bars, tavernas, cafes restaurants and obligatory coffee shops.There was a good taxi service available and the cost was minimal.
    The return home airport transfer was early morning and again went like clockwork.

    the villa has full electric shutters and lowering these negated the need for the use of aircon and the electric gates gave that feeling of grandeur and seclusion................
