Within 5 min. drives from the villa you´ll easily reach lovely beaches, waterparks, golf, tennis club and the diving school. This generously-sized detached property is built on one level with pool and garden, beach volleyball field and petanque courts in a peacefull area on a 6000 sq m plot, on a gentle hill, with panoramic sea views. Accommodation includes 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, lounge/ dinning room (100 sq m) with satellite TV, wood burning stove and patio doors to the pool and barbecue terrace. All rooms are artistically & individually furnished, with air conditioning and built in wardrobes. Studio ' Marocco' with master bed and bathroom en suite is available for a small supplement.

A non-returnable deposit of 30% required when booking. The balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
