Vacation Rental Description
The villa is situated approximately 45 minutes drive from Faro airport, and is situated five minutes drive or 25 minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro village. 
Casa Teresopolis is part of a select private development, built in typical Algarvian/Moorish style, overlooking Val de Milho Golf Course. 
Nearby are the sandstone coves and beaches of Centiannes, Benjil, Ferragudo and Caneiros.  
The Villa is on three levels with views of the golf course. The sea and surrounding area can be seen from the balconies and the terrace. 
Entrance level:  
The lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished with pale marble flooring throughout. There are Satellite TV, DVD and CD facilitiies installed and two sets of sliding doors, fitted with flycreens and shutters lead onto a large balcony. The kitchen is modern and well equiped including, dishwasher, washing machine, frige/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and kettle. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. The Cloakroom is also situated on this level. 
Upper Level: 
The Master Bedroom is fully furnished and has fitted wardrobes, king size bed, safe and adjoining office. The ensuite facilities consist of bath, shower over, bidet, w.c and wash-hand basin. Glazed sliding doors open onto small private balcony overlooking the golf course and sea beyond. 
Lower Level: 
Two twin bedded fully furnished bedrooms each having a large fitted wardrobe and generous hanging space. One bedroom is ensuite whilst the other is served by a separate shower room with w.c and wash-hand basin. Glazed sliding doors lead from both bedrooms onto the terrace and lawn area. 
Outside Facilites: 
The balcony off the lounge is partly covered and has a retractable canopy, patio furniture, small bar and BBQ. 
The large tiled terrace off the twin bedrooms is covered and opens onto a small garden area, shielded by pine trees. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided together with a small BBQ. 
There is a large shared swimming pool with separate children's paddling and poolside changing/toilet facilities. These are all set in well maintained gardens with tropical planting. 
General: 
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. For the comfort of all our visitors, smoking is prohibited within the villa. We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
