Vacation Rental Description
The townhouse is luxuriously furnished throughout. With two floors comprising of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom both en suite with balconies, living/dining room, guest shower/cloakroom and an elegant, spacious fully-fitted kitchen with laundry room. To the front and rear there are terraces which look out onto beautifully landscaped, immaculately tended gardens and stunning views of the sea and mountains. The house is fitted throughout with under-floor heating and all windows are double-glazed, fitted with mosquito screens and electric shutters; there is also terrestrial and satellite TV. The property is situated in the unique new development of Quinta da Boa Nova located between the picturesque fishing villages of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. The complex has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool and bar. These facilities are set in beautifully laid out irrigated gardens and complete with pool side bar and restaurant. Accommodation
Bedroom One - double bed, 2 spacious ceiling to floor fitted wardrobes, French windows leading out to balcony. Bedroom Two - 2 single beds, fitted ceiling-to-floor wardrobe, door to small balcony. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens. En-suite bathroom to bedroom one is fitted with bath/shower, bidet, wc and heated towel rail. En-suite bathroom to bedroom two is fitted with shower, bidet, wc, and heated towel rail. Guest shower/cloakroom with shower, wc and heated towel rail.
Fully fitted kitchen with double sink, ceramic hob, eye-level cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a full range of utensils, cook/dining-ware and cutlery. Breakfast bar with matching bar stools and spacious work surfaces and fitted cupboards.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms - Open plan living/dining area with built-in fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs in terracotta upholstery. TV (terrestrial & satellite). Dining room suite for six.
Outside
The townhouse has two ground floor terraces. The front terrace is equipped with large patio table, 4 matching chairs and cushions and 2 sun loungers. Beautifully landscaped, irrigated gardens surround the entire property and extend throughout the Boa Nova complex. A weekly maid service, including linen and towel change, is inclusive. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. You will need to provide your own pool and beach towels.

Whether you prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday; taking in the marvellous scenery of the rugged coastline with it's abundant bird & wildlife or endless happy hours on a golf course or tennis court. The exhilaration of superb surfing & sailing conditions or want time browsing around the shops, playing on the beach with the children and then finishing the day having a romantic meal watching the sun set over the sea. Activities
Within 15 minutes of Quinta Boa Nova, there are 2 championship golf courses and a top quality 9-hole course - Vale do Milho, both provide a different challenge to golfers at every level. Situated a little further afield are the superb and challenging championship courses of Penina, Morgado do Reguengo, Silves, Alamos, Alto and Salgados; with warm playing conditions all year.
Ferragudo, Lagoa, Carvoeiro are only a short drive away from Boa Nova (10 mins maximum) where you will find a bank, chemist, supermarket and post office. Portimao is the second largest town in the Algarve and therefore has a large shopping area, a wealth of restaurants, bars and night clubs. Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash complexes are a short distance as is the opportunity to go on a Dolphin Safaris. For those who enjoy local heritage the region is steeped in history and architecture; the many museums and churches can be visited for free or for a nominal fee
