To book a room you have to send a written booking request.After receiving your request we will send you a provisional confirmation where we will require within 7 days a deposit of 50% of the total price of your stay.
The booking will be valid upon receipt of your banking transfer.The room will be available from 2 pm the day of your arrival and has to be vacated at 11 am on your departure date.
The total amount of your accommodation will be settled, in cash, upon your arrival, and in case of anticipated departure, we will not refund any amount.
In case of cancellation we can keep:
A-10 % of the entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival.
B-50% of the entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made between the 16th and the 30th day prior to the arrival
C-The entire deposit of the booking if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the arrival
