A small apartment block offering spacious accommodation for couples or families. Having its own large pool a separate children's pool in a walled garden & playing area. Totally refurbished in 2004, the apartment offers a large living & dining area with balcony Conservatory.
A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer/microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balcony’s (extra beds can be sited if required). The master bedroom is ensuite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sort after location close to all amenities.
The beach & centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the second floor and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
The apartment was recently refurbished,to a high standard. The Large bedrooms would accommodate extra beds /cots for children.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and their own balcony. The air conditioning which is on a meter (charged at 3.5 Euros per 10 Hours )

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.


Deposit required,
£60.00 for 1 weeks stay £100.00 2 weeks stay deposit required with booking. Balance due 6 weeks before departure.

Cancellation policy.
The deposit is non-returnable if vacation is cancelled.
