A small apartment block offering spacious accommodation for couples or families. Having its own large pool a separate children's pool in a walled garden & playing area. Totally refurbished in 2004, the apartment offers a large living & dining area with balcony Conservatory. A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer/microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balcony’s (extra beds can be sited if required). The master bedroom is ensuite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sort after location close to all amenities.
The beach & centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the second floor and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
The apartment was recently refurbished,to a high standard. The Large bedrooms would accommodate extra beds /cots for children.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and their own balcony. The air conditioning which is on a meter (charged at 4.00 Euros per 10 Hours )

Dear Mark
It was an excellent base for our stay in the Algarve. Our family of six never felt crowded there. The apartment was well equipped (even down to the coolbox and pool toys) and spotlessly clean. The PAYG aircon and fans were very useful some nights. We loved the central location. It was great to be able to walk virtually anywhere at night, but never be too far from home to walk back. Our children loved the pool – it was nearly always just us there.
At night, when the children were asleep we spent the evenings on the balcony “People Watching”. In two weeks we were not bored!
On road parking and noise where no problems, I would also like to say how helpful and thoughtful your local agent was. He responded quickly to any enquiries and even turned up to check we had got in when he thought we might have locked ourselves out.
Should we decide to return to Carvoiero in the future we will definitely give you a ring.

Our holiday in this luxury apartment.

Mark I would like to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed our stay in your apartment in October/November 2008.
The apartment was very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped.
Its location meant that all of the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches of Carvoeiro were virtually on the doorstep.
Parking was never a problem, and most of the time we were able to park in front of the apartment.
It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by, and because there was only two of us, if we were in for lunch we ate on the balcony with the sun beating down on us.
Our stay was for three and a half weeks so the clothes washing facilities and the rooftop clothes line proved to be invaluable.
Shannon and Myfy, your local service providers, were very helpful , very polite and always on the end of a phone on the odd occasions they were needed.
All in all a wonderful holiday in a village we have come to love over the past few years and hope to visit many more times in the coming years.
Thanks for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your property.

Hi Mark
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your apartment recently. It was in an excellent location, being able to walk back after an evening out was brilliant, when we did use the car we had no trouble parking outside the apartment at all. We also loved sitting on one of the balconies having a drink and simply people watching. The apartment was very well equipped (home from home), the additional electrical sockets by each mirror in both bedrooms were so useful, what a brilliant idea. The fans were very useful as was the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pool area is a good size and very clean. I would definitely return to your apartment and would recommend it to friends and family.

Pleasant Stay in Carvoeiro

Hi we have recently stayed in this apartment, and I would like to say how pleasant it was, there was everything we needed, very clean, if we needed help we rang the local managing agent who was very helpful, if needed any information before the time we had arrived Mark was very informative and helpful, the apartment is ideal for families or couples, friends, and is situated in the village, with a great choice of restaurants, we found the balcony great for people watching,and relaxing with a nice cool drink, and in the evenings we found the shutter blinds blocked out any light/people passing we were waking up very late in the mornings so every chance of a lie in, we enjoyed this holiday so much, we are considering next years already! we would recommend this apartment as an excellent all-rounder for accommodation

Hi Mark
We would recommend your apartment without hesitation. We holidayed in May 2009 and enjoyed it so much, we returned in August. The apartment was all we could ask for and more. The balconies provided us with an excellent spot for watching Carvoeiro go by. The short walk to the beach was ideal, with restaurants aplenty. The apartment and pool area were clean and we felt at times so cut off form the busy life of Carvoeiro believing ourselves to be in a secluded spot. Our children enjoyed the use of all facilities, including bats, balls, buckets and spades, a small but ideal and thoughtful extra.
Cool box and ice blocks, fans in each bedroom and front room, air conditioning in bedrooms, tin foil, napkins, cling film, washing-up-liquid etc all made for an easy life.
These small but invaluable extra's helped make our holiday along with the sunshine, pool, excellent management company and friendly neighbors and locals. We very much look forward to returning next year.

What can I say. Mark was extremely helpful when we were booking through to giving directions to the apartment. We found it easily. The town of Carvoeiro is friendly and compact but you are right in the centre on restaurant hill. The pool was lovely even in Nov if a little cold , but sun loungers were laid on and we got a fantastic tan . There are 3 balconies at the apartment, the main one overlooking the main road. We sat for ages watching the locals coming and going. It is quite entertaining. The apartment had everything we needed and had separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. All in all absolutely great. I would suggest getting a car however to visit the other local towns. Ferragudo is a nice fishing village, Silves is of historical interest and further afield, Luz is lovely. We found Ferragudo better value for food than Carvoeiro. A1+

Lovely spacious apartment

This was the first time my family and I visited Portugal. We had such a an enjoyable holiday, we hope to return again. The apartment was lovely, so bright and spacious with everything we needed to make it such an enjoyable time away. It's position is ideal as well, only a short walk to the beach and places to eat. The pool was well used by our boys and most of the time they had the sole use of it.
Mark, the owner, very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had before our holiday.

This is a great apartment with everything you could possibly want for a holiday. The pool is great and very quiet. Idealy located with lots of shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone. Looking forward to going back.

"Carvoeiro apartment"
We have been back to Mark's apartment for the last 5 years which is testament in itself to the quality of the whole package on offer. It is just what it says it is!! The standard of the interior of the apartment is first class as is the range of appliances offered such as the fridge freezer, the washing machine etc including the very efficient air-con. The situation could not be more convenient for a host of good restaurants and bars and the pool is a huge bonus. Finally the service provided by Mark and his management team in situ is first class but also very customer friendly and i would have no reservations in recommending the apartment to any of my friends or family. We will be going back.
