A delightful 3 bedroom ground floor apartment stands in landscaped grounds on the superb Rocha Brava 4 star Resort. The apartment has been extensively refurbished and comprises Lounge / Dining area, bathroom one with bath and shower, and separate shower room, comprehensively fitted larger than average kitchen. Log burning stove in lounge. Satellite TV with 9 english channels, radio, CD and a selection of videos are available for guests. All windows, including the patio doors have fly-screens. There is a south facing terrace furnished with 4 sun beds, table and chairs, with a separate, spacious barbecue area. The amenities at Rocha Brava include a tennis centre, 3 pools (1 heated), small children's playground, health club and gymnasium. Close to the resort are several superb restaurants and bars. The nearest beach (Centianes) and picturesque Vale de Mihlo golf course are only 10-15 minutes walk away. Other lovely beaches and sandy coves are within 5-10 mins drive.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the remaining balance to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to travel date.

Cancellation Policy
Once booking has been confirmed, cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation charges will then be payable as set out below. These charges are calculated from the date written notice of the cancellation is received. The cancellation charges are a percentage of the accommodation booked excluding amendment charges, which are non refundable in any event.
