QDF is a 4 bedroon/4 ensuite bathroom fully air conditioned villa on 3 separate floors with high specification and furnishings. All bedrooms are large, all with ensuites and all with south facing balconies with spectacular sea views. Large open plan living room with dining area leading to outside dining and seating. Large lower level terrace with pool table and barbecue, leading to sheltered private pool, gardens and barbecue. Short walk to secluded beach and beach bar. Fully airconditioned. As the villa is built over 3 floors and has open aluminium railings, this should be considered with young children. Landscaped gardens and barbecue. Non-smoking.
As QDF is part of the Vigia group, you will have the advantage of all of their facilities being available to you at their award winning Parque da Floresta. A 5 min drive away is their spectacular 18 hole par 71 golf course. As part of your package, we are able to offer a 30% discount on green fees here. As well as the Vigia Golf Acadamy and driving range there are two communal swimming pools, tennis, football acadamy, kids clubs and tuition for golf and tennis. There are numerous dining options here. SPA Floresta offers the perfect place to unwind with facial and body treatments. A steam room, sauna and spa pool with a gym and exercise studio are also available to you. Some facilities such as the communal pool, gym and spa are an extra charge. Many other activites can be booked from here including experiencing the breathtaking unspoilt Western Algarve on horseback. Undulating countryside is speckled with historic towns/villages untouched by time and fringed by a coastline of secluded coves. The unique position of QDF within the heart of Western Algarve makes it ideal for walking. Whether you prefer a short stroll to the beach or a coastal walk, QDF 39 provides an ideal base.

Activities
QDF is perfectly located between two sandy beaches. Both are a short walk and Cabanas Velhas has its own beach bar/restaurant. Ideally placed for access to unspoilt pituresque fishing villages of Burgau and Salema. QDF is a 15 min drive from the main motorway, giving you easy access to all areas of the Algarve. Shopping at Guia, waterparks at Slide and Splash and Aqualand and 8 golf courses within an easy drive. The inland areas of the Monchique Mountains provide an alternative view of the Algarve with charming roadside Piri-Piri restaurants and the Moorish town of Silves with its castle. Lagos is a 15 min drive and offers a large choice of restaurants/bars/shops and charming pedestrianised streets display typical Moorish architecture. At the Marina you can book exursions for big game fishing/dolphin watching, charter or take other boat trips. Cap St. Vincent is the most s.west point of the Algarve and is only a 20 min drive.

QDF is still being developed and this is reflected in the prices. All building directly around us is completed. Villa rental is flexible and may be able to accomodate smaller parties at reduced rates. A deposit of 40% of rental is required on booking and balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Deposit of £400 required to insure against damages/breakages. Payment by cheque/BACS. Prices in Euros available on request. During peak period changeover day is Saturday and we would ask that you vacate the property by 10.30 am in order for it to be prepared for the next guests. It may be occupied from 4 pm. It may be possible to be flexible on changeover day/time. Towels/linen provided (not pool towels). Maid service provided - one week stay change of towels and general clean. Two week stay 2 visits including clean and change of bed linen/towels. Third Party liability cover incl.
