This newly built cottage has fantastic sea views it is ideal for families and couples throughout the year.
Vacation Rental Description
Casa Praia is fully licensed, located in a quiet position with commanding beach and sea views from it's 2 terraces.It is 20 mtrs from the beautiful beach yet near restaurants and bars.The main entrance level contains a fully fitted kitchen which also has wonderful sea views.On this level is a bedroom containing a single bed,next to the bedroom is a family bathroom and also on this level the large L shaped lounge / dining room which has a terrace over looking the beach and sea.This terrace has a gas BBQ and a small table and chairs.Access to the lower floor is via internal stairs and here you will find two double bedrooms and a large fully equipped shower room.From the main entrance level internal stairs lead up to a full roof terrace which has a large table and chairs plus two cushioned sun loungers.The views are spectacular of the sea,beach and the picturesque village of Burgau. First floor bedroom has a single bed and a children's wardrobe.
The main bed room on the lower floor has a Queen size bed, large fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers with mirror. Patio doors lead out to small terrace. The hair dryer is located in this room.
The second double bedroom on this floor has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe located in the hallway.
The large shower room is between these bedrooms and is fitted with a wc, washhand basin and a large walk in shower.
The lounge contains two comfortable sofas, large coffee table and satellite TV ; patio doors opening onto the terrace. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
A travel cot and high chair are available as is a stair gate and baby listening monitor.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet and wash hand basin. Shaving points are in both bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge /freezer, oven/ grill,4 ring hob, microwave, kettle,toaster plus crockery and cutlery etc for 6 people. In addition there is a selection of childrens' crockery and cutlery.
Wonderful sea views can be enjoyed whilst washing up!!!
The spacious roof terrace is equipped with a large patio table and chairs plus 2 cushioned sun loungers.
Due to it's unique position you will always find a place to relax either in the sun or shade.
This terrace offers fantastic views of the fascinating village of Burgau together with uninterrupted sea and beach views.
On occasions it is possible to spot dolphins making their way across the bay in search of food.
The whole property benefits from UNDERFLOOR HEATING for those chilly winter evenings. FREE WI FI is available.
Facilities
We provide beach towels and there will be a mid week towel change and a mid stay linen change and bathrooms and kitchen clean.A cool box is provided for your use,also available is a high chair. The beach in Burgau has a BLUE FLAG status.During the main season life guards patrol the beach looking after your safely and comfort as they rent out shades and loungers.The Beach Bar is open all day for snacks and main meals.Sunsets while enjoying a splendid fresh fish meal are not to be missed.There are Restaurants and bars to suit all your needs and pockets.The village still retains it's fishing village charm with quaint narrow alleyways weaving through the fisherman's cottages.Burgau is very traditional and will suit those who want to avoid the bright lights and disco's. The surrounding area must be explored do not miss the rugged West coast with dramatic sea cliffs pounding surf and vast beaches.
Activities
A huge selection of activities are available within the local area.Lagos marina caters for all water based sports plus boat trips to view the many Dolphin pods that frequent to coastal waters.Burgau has a sports centre and welcomes people of all ages with a range of facilities.Golf is catered for with 4 very good courses with in a 15 km radius.
