Vacation Rental Description
A beautifully designed, new villa set in the award winning development of AlmaVerde Village and Spa. The villa is on two floors and designed for modern living with fully fitted kitchen, reception room with dining area, cloakroom, large mezzanine floor overlooking reception with bean bags, four large bedrooms (2 kingsize doubles and 2 large twins), all mattresses can be zip and linked to provide 4 kingsize or 8 single beds. 3 bathrooms two ensuite one shower room. Comfortably sleeps 8 with Z beds available (extra)to accommodate extra guests if needed. The garden provides outside space for dining/BBQ, a large heated private pool with electric safety cover and manicured garden. The villa is just 5 mins drive from the beach of the picturesque fishing village of Burgau. It is also close to stunning beaches of the south and Atlantic Coast. The vibrant marina/town of Lagos is 15 mins away and the historical towns of Sagres, Silves and Monchique are all a short drive away. More than 20 golf courses are within one hours drive.
Facilities
This Villa is the only true two story property on the site making it particularly good for sharing families and large groups. It is equipped with 'cool house' system an environmentally friendly form of of air conditioning. Central heating is available for use during cooler months. Suitable for children but we would ask that they are supervised at all times, especially around the pool. First floor accommodation - kingsize bedroom/e/s shower room, twin bedroom, shower room, large mezzanine floor overlooking double height reception. Ground floor accommodation - kingsize bedroom, e/s bathroom, twin bedroom, cloakroom, reception/dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. Easy access to garden and pool from all ground floor living rooms and outside parking for up to 3 cars. Outside - Gas barbecue. Activities
The property is close to excellent golf facilities. Parque de Floresta is 10 mins drive from the villa and is one of Europe's most spectacular golf courses set in hillside terrain. It features a golf academy, driving range and short game area with practice bunkers. Western Algarve has a wealth of activities: horse-riding, boating, sailing, fishing, diving, swimming with dolphins, dolphin safari, walking, bird watching, beach sports, paragliding, tennis (on site), wellness centre (on site), swimming and Slide and Splash water park.
The charming fishing village of Burgau is 5 mins drive from the villa where you will find most amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. The village of Salema has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Most coastal villages provide beach bars serving locally caught fish and other Portuguese dishes. The beaches on the South Coast tend to be calmer whereas the Atlantic coast on the West is ideal for surfing.

A 25% holding deposit is required to secure the booking. The full balance payment is taken 8 weeks prior to the booking. If the booking is taken within the 8 weeks prior to booking period the full amount is due to secure the booking. A £200 refundable security deposit is also taken at the same time as the balance payment. Preferred changeover day is Friday but can be flexible. Ready for occupancy at 4pm. Departure by 10am. Up to 20% Discount available on selected weeks. Access to other properties onsite for parties who require more than one Villa - please phone owner. High and peak season rates include pool heating. Optional pool heating £105 per week(2010). Travel cot £25. High chair £25. Welcome pack on arrival £30 approx. Contact owner for long rental special rates.
