Fully equipped ground floor apartment. Sleeps four adults. Can be used by four- headed families (plus baby) or two couples. We provide towels and beddings as well as beach towels. Only five minutes walk away from a lovely beach with beach bar.

Description : Fully equiped groundfloor apartment. Sleeps four adults. Can be used by four- headed familiies or two couples. Located in the middle of the romantic fishermens village Burgau and close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as only a few minutes walk to the wonderfull, sandy beach. Burgau is perfectly located at a sandy beach. It is a short walk and has its own beach bar/restaurant. Ideally placed for access to unspoilt pituresque fishing villages of Burgau and Salema. Burgau is a 10 min drive from the main motorway, giving you easy access to all areas of the Algarve. Shopping at Guia, waterparks at Slide and Splash and Aqualand and 8 golf courses within an easy drive.

The inland areas of the Monchique Mountains provide an alternative view of the Algarve with charming roadside Piri-Piri restaurants and the Moorish town of Silves with its castle. Lagos is a 15 min drive and offers a large choice of restaurants/bars/shops and charming pedestrianised streets display typical Moorish architecture

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	€500 per Week
				High Season Price:	€600 per Week

Prices dependent on time of year and availability. Apartment rental is flexible and we may be able to accomodate smaller parties at reduced rates. Golf/weekend breaks available Thursday/Sunday on request. Prices are dependent on time of year and availability. A deposit of 20% of rental is required on booking and balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Changeover day to be agreed and we would ask that you vacate the property by 10.30 am in order for it to be prepared for the next guests. It may be occupied from 4 pm. It may be possible to be flexible on changeover day/time. Towels/linen provided(plus beach towels). Service provided weekly with change of bed linen/towels
