Vacation Rental Description
A great place for families that are looking for a relaxing holidays. The excellent location allows guests to reach the yachting club and the port (Marina de Lagos) and the city of Lagos with a short walk. You will not need a car when you stay with us. You will enjoy your holidays as there is sunshine during the whole year: beautiful weather, amazing temperatures and lots of sun light. The beaches are made of very thin golden sand, and you also will find very nice little coves with sand and stones. The apartment is wheelchair accessible (130 m2) built in 2007, with 2 bedrooms and 1 lounge room, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony, air conditioning/heating, garage, lift. A roof terrace with nice views of Lagos, Marina harbour and Meia Praia Beach; a great place for sunbathing and eating outside with help of a sun umbrella and a shower installed. 
Apartment floor area of 130 m². Kitchen equipment: dish washer, fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, 4 ring stove, freezer. 2 bedrooms nice decorated, elevator and private parking; the main bedroom has two twin beds, a wardrobe, drawer space and a private bathroom inside; the second one has twin beds and a wardrobe as well. The lounge room is equipped with high standard furniture; there is a double sofa bed; a door leads out onto a terrace which can be used as dining area. The two bedrooms and the lounge rooms are equipped with conditioned air (C/A). 
Entertainment: tv satellite, radio and music stereo system, DVD. 
Outside: terrace, balcony, private parking. Roof terrace with nice views of Lagos, the Marina harbour and the Meia Praia Beach. A great place for sunbathing with sunbeds and sun umbrella and a very comfortable shower installed. Private fitness and leisure centre to 200m / 650 ft. distance, with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and gymnasium, a natural health centre, children’s play area & splash pool, bar & restaurant. A Lagos town council large sport centre has been recently opened, with indoor swimming pools and gymnasium to 1500m from apartment.

    • Activities -Water sports. Lagos is a windsurfers' paradise due to the predominantly offshore winds. Visitors can also enjoy parasailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, surfing and fishing. - Boat cruises. Discover the marvellous beaches and rock formations of the Algarve coast, on board a catamaran, with the utmost comfort and safety. Do not miss a trip to the Ponta da Piedade grottos, where on a clear day you can see east to Carvoeiro and west to Sagres. From the Marina de Lagos to the Fortaleza Ponta da Bandeira, you will come across local fishermen who will be glad to take you on an unforgettable boat trip. A variety of boat trips and water sports are also available, such as a half-day BBQ-cruise with lunch on board, and a visit to the caves. - Dolphin Safaris. The Bottlenose and Risso dolphins are frequently seen in Algarve waters.

    There are several courses available, they are all within a short distance from the apartment: Palmares Golf to 4km, near the road at the end of the Meia Praia beach which has great views, Boavista Golf course to 5km, Penina Golf to 10km.
