The villa is set in its own large well maintained garden. It is detached property at the end of a small cul-de-sac. It has 3 private sun terraces. Inside the villa has a down stairs double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (enabling us to accommodate any disabled person). The villa is situated on a complex which includes 1 indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, 1 out door pool, 1 childrens pool, 2 tennis courts, a cafe and snack bar and a childrens play area. The leisure area has a very high security level, the entire area is fully gated and only persons with electronic passes may enter.

    The booking conditions are as follows: A 20% Deposit is require to confirm the booking Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival Included in the rental price: Air conditioning, Electricity, gas, linen & towels. (Please provide your own beach towels) Breakage deposit of £100 or €100 payable on arrival. Breakage deposit is returned on day of departure and after major items have been checked and if applicable the leisure cards have been returned. Cancellation refunds Up to 8 weeks – Deposit not refunded 6-8 weeks – 50% of total cost refunded 4-6 weeks – 25% of total cost refunded Less than 4 weeks – no refund Please note time of occupancy on day of arrival is normally 4pm & departure time is normally 11am, in order to allow for cleaning.
