The apartments have a quiet location with private driveway , a lake size pool, children's pool and snack bar /cafe in extensive lawns & gardens. Sleeps 3-4. GREAT BASE FOR GOLF ALL YEAR ROUND.

Mid-weekly maid service with change of bed linen and towels, air conditioning & heating. No smoking and no pets.The comfortably furnished living room opens through wide, patio doors on to the large balcony - with stylish, wooden patio furniture.

The bedroom also has patio doors. The apartment and its balcony have a bright, south-west facing, sea view. Vila Marachique offers quiet relaxation by the pool or on the balcony with sea view, with easy access to long beaches, pretty coves and the nature areas with dunes, lagoon and river estuary.

Pool open mid April to late October.Secure, gated entry to gardens and pool area.(2 magnetic fobs provide access for up to 4 people)-Free use of sunbeds and parasols.

We have a friendly,local management service who meet you at the apartment with the keys.They provide you with a 24HR emergency contact number and advice on activities.

Modern, well-equipped apartment with south facing balcony and sea view. Kitchen & dining area has oven, glass hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, clothes airer & a good supply of utensils, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Dining table for four.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas (one makes a large double sofa bed with sprung mattresses or can be used as two single beds), Flat screen TV(Local channels), DVD, CD / Radio.

Double, patio doors lead to an oversized balcony with wooden patio furniture - table and 4 chairs, 2 deck loungers with cushions, small table, parasol with stand. The bedroom also has patio doors. Air conditioning & heating. Power supply- all electricity throughout the apartment.

This 1 bedroom apartment provides very comfortable accommodation for 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed in the living room can make a large double bed or 2 full -size single beds( with comfortable mattresses not a ' flimsy' fold out bed!)

The bedroom has 2 x 95cm beds that form an extra large double or twin beds- with quality sprung mattresses. The large, mirrored wardrobe has shelving and a safe. There is additional bedroom furniture and a wall mirror
( hairdryer provided).

Patio doors open to an over sized balcony along the full length of the apartment. Air conditioning/ heating unit. Thermal lined curtains, up lighter wall lights. Ample bedding and pillows provided.

Modern, 4 -piece, white suite in a fully -tiled bathroom with storage cupboard around the washbasin. There is a shower over the bath, chrome 'grab' rail and non-slip bathmat provided. Bath and hand towels supplied. Domestic hot water supplied from an electrically- heated, water cylinder with thermostat ( sited on the balcony).

Mid-weekly and weekly 'changeover day' maid service with change of linen and towels.Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

Access to second floor ( of 3) is by lift ( 2 in entrance foyer) Spacious well-lit public areas with wide staircases. Lift to basement garage- reserved parking space- and outdoor parking.
Accessibility to the building is limited by steps leading up to the front entrance to the Apartments- ALSO ACCESS VIA THE BASEMENT GARAGE BY LIFT

Easy walk or drive to centre of Alvor and beaches, close to Alto Golf and Penina golf, shops and restaurants nearby.Two good restaurants for lunch or evening, are 2 mins walk from the apartment. Minimarkets(groceries & bread), cafes, bars and Petrol station within 3 to 5 mins walk.POOL SEASON- MID APRIL TO LATE OCTOBER.

  • Mid weekly and weekly changeover day maid service with change of bed linen and towels. Local Management company provides 24 hr emergency phone no. and advises on local amenities ,arrange trips & car hire on request. The gardens and lawns surrounding the 2 pools are beautifully maintained with palm trees and flowering shrubs.The garden and pool area is secure with gated entry. (fobs available in the apartment to open the magnetic locks on the garden gates.)Snacks ,coffee,cold drinks (including beer)are available at the snack bar /cafe area.Small pool table. Parasols and sunloungers are free of charge. The balcony has a sunny aspect late morning and afternoon,and sunsets over to the west- great for relaxing, sunbathing or 'al fresco' lunches and dining. A parasol and stand are provided.Please bring your own towels for sunbathing on the balcony loungers, by the pool and on the beach. Garden House manage the pool area (office on site)

  • Alvor beach is huge and you can easily walk along it away from the area with loungers, parasols and quality beach cafes and restaurants.Eastwards leads to smaller classic algarve cliffs and coves from Tres Irmaos beach towards Praia da Rocha.
    Tennis and modern indoor public pool in Alvor,fishing trips, dolphin watching ,boat trips ,canoe hire at new harbour/ cobbled promenade. Montes de Alvor has a small airfield with sky jumps!
    Bird watching at Alvor estuary or Pera marshes ( near Praia Grande).
    Shopping malls in Portimao or along N125 at Algarve Shopping.Marinas at Portimao, Lagos and Albufeira.
    Wild waves for surfing beyond Sagres (West)and North from Cape St Vincent. Mountains and spas north to Monchique and Foia.Historic towns -Silves, Lagos.
    Head east to see Tavira for a day trip and visit the beaches by small boat from Cabanas.
    Lively nightlife and night clubs and bars for younger set is nearby at Praia da Rocha.

    Deposit of 20% on booking , balance to be paid by 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Flexible days for start of your holiday. Minimum booking 7 nights from mid April to September.(Unless a shorter period is available between existing bookings) Cancellation policy is part of our booking contract (standard style of holiday rental website contract in use). Depending on cancellation date a percentage of full amount paid is returned except when short notice of cancellation. We advise that you take out holiday booking insurance for your holiday. Payment is in Sterling by cheque or by a bank transfer into Sterling if in Eurozone. There is a breakages deposit of £150 payable on arrival to our management company ( by cheque or cash) this is returned or cheque destroyed(if you prefer) when it is clear there are no damages. Minor breakages will not be charged for if you please replace with similar for the next guests use.
