This large newly CERTIFIED refurbished apartment LICENCE NO. 9744/2010 is in excellent condition with balconys and all services on site. A 5 min. walk to the beautiful village with its many restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is close by, along with many Golf clubs namely {Alto Golf Club}. This area is known for its excellent sea food which makes this fishing village famous. You can wander around the cobbled stoned streets which still retains its old charm and friendly atmosphere.

This complex has many facilities including: 24hr reception, restaurant/snack bar, bar, tv room, supermarket, tennis courts, supervised swimming pools,[high season only] childrens play area and private security. It also has bus to the beach, excursions and car hire.

Club Alvor Ferias complex has its own magnificant atmosphere creatred by a very friendly staff and above offers so much choice. The complex is divided in two and is connected by footbridge. Our property is ideally located on the second floor overlooking a small garden with a lovely palm tree. A nice quiet location of Club Alvor Ferias which is perfect for families.

The Algarve enjoys a moderate climate all year round. The gentle sea breese prevents the Algarve from suffering the humidity of Northern Europe in the summer months.

There is plenty to see. Just a two hour drive from Alvor takes you up to Lisbon the capital of Portugal, and two hours in the other direction takes you over the boarder into southern Spain.

Alvor is a classic old fishing village. Narrow cobbled stoned streets lead down the beautiful beach and harbour. The streets are a maze of shops, restaurants and cafe bars. These are all very child friendly which makes this an ideal holiday place for couples and families alike.

The apartment has sky tv with a flat screen tv and cinema system, and it also has internet access.[broadband]. The kitchen has everything you need with all mod cons eg. cooker, fridgefreezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All delph, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, kettle and toaster. In the double bedroom there is a safe and hairdryer. There is air conditioning in every room, and there are also electric dimplex heaters for off season use. On the main balcony there is a full patio set with umbrella for protection from the sun. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

There is a Water Park the most popular Slide and Splash about 20 min. drive, and there is also Zoo Marine with its live Dolphin Show about 30 mins by car. Both very easy to find off the motorway which is very well sighposted. Not to far from the apartment there is an Aerodrome with flying school, sky diving and a nice little cafe bar to watch all the activities from.
On the beach there are plenty of sun loungers with shades for hire, and also several cafe bars for easy access for coffee or even lunch without leaving the beach. The beach is beautifully long and easy to walk and is very well laid out. There are many activities on the beach in high season, and it goes without saying it is fully lifeguarded, with lifeguards walking continuely along the water front. Praia de Rocha is only about 10 mins. drive which is full of shops and restaurants and there are plenty of nightclubs.

When you arrive, your apartment is clean with fresh towels and bed linen. While you are there you will have a change of towels and a mini clean mid-week. If you are staying for two weeks a repeat full clean and mini clean will take place. Full maid service. CANCELLATION POLICY: Through your arrival date we will refund 50% of your deposited funds unless we can rent out the apartment for approx. the same time period. If we can rent the apartment for roughly the equivalent dates, we will refund all but E200. When booking 20% deposit is required with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. There is also a security/damage deposlit of E200 required which will of course be refunded to you within two weeks of your departure subject to a full and thorough report back from our property manager. You will be met in Alvor village by our property manager and brought to the apartment and shown everything.Check in 4.00pm check out 10.00am
