Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the centre of Alvor, close to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. For golf lovers there are several 18 holes golf courses in the area. Although right in centre of village it is very quiet at night, thus away from the busy area of Alvor. Suitable for children. We will provide cot and/or high chair on request against payment.
In winter time we provide electric heaters, but the apartment also has a wood burner stove.

Alvor beach is part of the famous Lagos Bay. From the apartment it is a gentle 10 minutes walk to the sandy beaches of Praia Alvor where you have great views of Lagos, distant Sagres and the rocky cliffs between Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

Golf
3 kms to the exclusive Meridian-Penina golf course and just 2.0 kms to Alto Golf course near Alvor.
We can arrange golf transfers and tee time bookings.

Travel
Faro airport is approx. 70 km away or 40 minutes driving via the IP1 Motorway. Car hire is not essential as the bus and taxi services are good with regular services to the airport.
We can offer pick-up and drop-off airport services upto 3/4 persons from 55 euros each way.

Alvor town centre: 0 km; Praia da Rocha beaches: 4.0 km; Portimão town centre: 4 km; Monchique: 20 km; Lagos: 15 km.

Further details
Alvor has shops, restaurants, bars, market, supermarkets, hospital, banks, post office etc. Portimão, Faro and Lagos are of historical and cultural interest and the shopping is interesting. The West coasts are extremely dramatic and beautiful, worth while a visit.

Booking notes
All prices are per week in Euros unless otherwise stated.
25% deposit to be paid on confirmation of reservation within seven days.
Final payment must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, or full payment at the time of booking, if your holiday is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
Your reservation of a property is only secured after receipt of payment.
A breakage and damage deposit of €150 is required.
