A two bedroomed villa located in a residential area surrounded by Natural Park. From the front of the villa you have views down to the Ocean and the beach of Monte Clerigo.
The front door to the opens into a fully furnished living/dining room with colour TV and music centre, off the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. From the living room are the two bedrooms with bathroom between.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside tables, a french door leads to the rear terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, built in wardrobe and bedside table, with a view to the front of the property.

Two french doors lead from the the living room one to the front of the property and one to the rear terrace. The rear terrace is equipped with a BBQ, a table and chairs, and sunbeds for 4 people. Steps lead from the terrace to a gated pool.

There are three beaches nearby with surfing being popular in this area. All the beaches have cafe, bars and restaurants.
Two small well stocked food shops are within walking distance of the villa.
The local town of Aljezur is approx 10 mins drive away. In this historic town as well as a range of shops, restaurants, banks, market and post office are several Museums and a castle ruin to visit. There are also good transport links to Lisbon.
