Set in landscaped gardens. Located in the quiet residential area of Vale da Telha in the picturesque Costa Vicentina National Park.
Large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings.
2 Bedrooms with double beds. Large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets & lamps. 1 bedroom with radio/clock/alarm/CD player.
1 Bedroom with twin beds. Large fitted wardrobes. Bedside cabinets and lamps.
Mosquito screens in all 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 has bath with shower screen. Wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Mirror and shaver socket.
Bathroom 2 has enclosed corner shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Mirror and shaver socket.
Hair dryers in each bathroom. Bath and hand towels.
Portable electric radiators throughout the villa.

Arrival at the villa from 4.00pm onwards and departure before 10.00am to allow for thorough valetting of the property for the next visitor. These times must be adhered too.
No smoking allowed in the villa
No animals allowed in the villa
Cleaning can be arranged privately with my agent. €7 per hour to be paid direct to agent on completion of work.

Sofa bed to sleep 2 people. There are portable electric radiators in every room. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric kettle, iron and ironing board. Coffee machine. Electric oven and gas hob.Fridge/freezer. Washing machine. .Food mixer. George Foreman grill. Pans, crockery, glasses etc.Small table & 2 chairs. Dish washer. Hand and tea towels. Towels for round pool. Outside beside the BBQ is a Portuguese tiled table and 2 benches. Pergola with hammock. Pool shower. Sun loungers, chairs and tables for the pool.

There are some of the best quiet sandy beaches in the Algarve very close for swimming, fishing, surfing, waterskiing kitesurfing.
Other activities are horse riding, walking, tennis.
There are 2 small but very well stocked supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 10mins.walking distance of the villa.
A 10 mins drive to Aljezur where there are banks,a post office, supermarkets, church, museums, and a fabulous market, selling all fresh local fruit, vegetables, cheeses, bread and cakes and local caught fish.

The most beautiful countryside to explore, walking or by car, a good day out by car is to Monchique, where you are surrounded with eucalyptus scented mountains, but choose a sunny day to enjoy the splendid views.

The beaches are fantastic for children, being very sandy and safe.There are at least half a dozen beaches within 10 mins drive of the villa

• Travel Info: Vale da Telha is approx. 108 klm from Faro airport. A car is recommended for this area as there is no bus service. Although there are several taxi firms in the area. A shuttle service from Faro airport to Vale da Telha can be recommended.

30% deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Full amount due if booking is 8 weeks or less prior to holiday. Deposit is not refundable if holiday cancelled. It is advised that an insurance is taken out to cover cancellation due to sickness etc. Payment may be made either by cheque, direct into my Portuguese bank account,or Paypal. please ask when confirming booking. Rental period Saturday to Saturday in peak/high season. If alternative period is required, please ask, we may be able to accommodate you. Extra charge of €100/£100 per person per week if using sofa bed in lounge.
